We found a big beautiful butterfly with a broken wing crawling around our garage and Edric said "Let's go get Alexa's mom so she can help fix it!" (this is our neighbor who is a nurse). I said, "She is a nurse to people, not butterflies" and he said, "But she has butterfly band-aids!"

(When he got injured a few weeks ago, we brought him over to her to see if she thought he needed stitches and she said she didn't think he did and had offered a butterfly band-aid.)
