Edric was playing church and giving communion. He knows Reese doesn't get the wine at church and so when he went to give it to her, he stopped and asked me "Does Reese need salvation?" 

(This is because when they give the wine at church, they say "Blood of Christ. Cup of Salvation.")

I got an email from Reese's teacher today:

"She is doing great.  She listens during circle time and story time.  She participates in music class.  We finally got to play on the playground today!  She had a blast climbing up the stairs and going through the tunnel.  She was hesitant on the slide the first time.  I held her hands when she went down and she was fine.  She did it several more times by herself."

There is an Eric in Edric's class. When asked if that was confusing, he said "No. Eric is a weird name. There is no 'D' in it."

One of his teachers offered to walk him to his class. He practically ran and she was trying to keep up.

It's a good thing we decided to enroll Reese in the 2 year old class that meets two days a week. She cried as we dragged her out of the school screaming "I go too!" Hopefully she does okay tomorrow when she finds out she doesn't get to be in the same class as her brother.
